Scope of this policy

This policy covers complaints related to this website itself — such as inaccurate content, a form that did not work correctly, or how a request you submitted was handled by us. Because this site may connect homeowners with independent, licensed contractors for water heater replacement work, complaints about the quality of installation work performed at your property should generally be directed to the contractor who performed the work, in addition to letting us know.
